Ganesh was named 'CEO of the Year' by the Asia Pacific HR Conference in 1999 and received the Asia HRD Congress Award for Contributions to the Organisation through HR in 2005. Ganesh was also the finalist at the Ernst & Young 2005 Award where he was recognized for exceptional entrepreneurship.Having been a part of two major success stories in IT Training and Consulting earlier, NIIT and APTECH,Ganesh grew the company’s revenues fifty times during his ten year stint as CEO of Aptech and listed it on the Indian and London Stock Exchanges. Ganesh is the National Chair for Confederation of Indian Industries - IT and ITES Committee and a fellow of the Computer Society of India. He also chairs the Higher Education forum of the Confederation of Indian Industries in Western India. He is a memberof the Board of Governors of NITIE Mumbai and member of the Executive Council and Chairmen’s Council of NASSCOM.

Pawan is an engineer with over 15 years of experience in the IT and BPO industry. He has worked with global giants like HP, IBM and HCL in various positions spanning from Sales to Operations and from setting up Software Development Centers to managing one of UK’s largest BPO Company. He possesses extensive exposure to global markets like the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Europe, USA and India.

He is also a Secretary on board of the PMI North India Chapter. Pawan has been on the consultant’s panel of Governments and IT Committees for outsourcing in various countries.

Vasu Ramanujam is the Director of Professional Services. With over 19 years of managerial experience in manufacturing and software development industries in India, Vasu brings a unique combination of technical, leadership and entrepreneurial skills necessary to build, grow and sustain software development teams. Prior to ECMi, Vasu held senior positions at Alfa Laval, a Swedish multinational, Tigrsoft (later acquired by Matrikon), Seacom (Retail software solutions), and CCTechSchool (e-learning solutions). He holds a B. Tech. and an M. Tech. from NITIE, Bombay.

Madhav has over 20 years of IT experience, primarily in Banking and Financial Services domain. He has played a variety of roles including Delivery Management, Pre-Sales Support and Customer Relationship Management. He has successfully managed several key accounts and portfolios during extremely high growth phase throughout his career.

He has been with Cognizant for 3+ years, managing offshore delivery for US West Coast accounts within Banking and Financial Services vertical. He is also responsible for managing client relationships for customers with captive set up in India. He is currently anchoring two major strategic initiatives for Banking and Financial Services vertical. Apart from his day job, he handles Corporate Social Responsibility activities for Pune center, including Cognizant Foundation and Outreach initiatives. He is also part of managing committee for Computer Society of India (Pune Chapter).

Prior to joining Cognizant, Madhav spent about 8 years at Infosys working in Pune and overseas locations, playing various roles like delivery management and client relationship management for several key customer accounts. He was responsible for growing their Banking and Capital Markets team from ground up in Pune center.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a master’s in Computer Science, both from IIT Bombay. He is also a certified Citicorp Finance Professional.

Madhav is a nature lover and a keen bird watcher. He has started a green initiative at home to recycle and convert garden and kitchen waste to organic manure. He maintains his backyard garden using organic farming principles.
